Registration

We welcome table hosts and/or groups for this event.  A table host covers the table cost of $240 and invites up of eight guests of his/her choice.  A group may also go together and share the cost of eight guests at a table for the cost of $240.

There is also a limited opportunity to come as an individual guest for the cost of $30 per person.  Individuals will have an opportunity to enjoy conversation from being seated at a table with other guests from our community.  If you have a request to be seated with someone specific, please call to make us aware.  We will accommodate requests to the best of our ability.  Due to the set up of this year’s banquet, there will be generous opportunities for mingling and greeting those beyond one’s immediate table.

If you are unable to attend the banquet, but would like to make a donation, feel free to visit our online donation page.

Feel free to contact Jerry Frear with questions at jfrear@gmail.com.

Our special thanks to Chef Hosch and Ann Catering for making this event possible through donating the use of their beautiful Carriage House facility.  We are sincerely grateful for their generous support of services to strengthen our community!  Thanks also to AV Datacom for audio/visual support, Walnut Run Farm for the salad greens, Sarah Pinkney for desserts, and Ralph Wilson for photography.

Thanks to the BJ Montgomery Discovery Foundation for their generous gold level corporate sponsor of Thrive this year!
